The good part happens outside.

The Vision

Create lifestyle imagery that shows Stanley products where they make the most sense: outside, in motion, and part of the experience.

Across multiple shoots, the goal was to build stories around real outdoor rituals, from slow summer days by the lake to winter hot springs and coastal yurt trips. The products were never meant to feel separate from the moment. They were there because they belonged there.

The Breakdown

Summer at the Lake
Warm weather, dock time, swimming, drinks, slower summer moments.

Montana Hot Springs
Cold air, steam, warmth, contrast, winter ritual.

Yurt Camping on the Oregon Coast
Coastal weather, camp life, shelter, food, warmth, and time outside.

The Approach

I focused on the experience first.

Each shoot started with a place and a reason to be there, then the products were worked naturally into the story. I looked for the moments in between the obvious shots: packing up, warming up, sharing food, settling into camp, and slowing down at the end of the day.

The goal was to keep the imagery useful for the brand while still making each set feel distinct, honest, and connected to the environment.
